Featrrr is built for professional creative collaborations. We combine product safeguards—verified accounts, structured proposals, messaging access controls, and reporting tools—with clear guidance so users can make informed decisions.

• Confirm scope, location, timing, and participants in writing before meeting.
• Meet in public or professional locations when possible, especially for first-time collaborations.
• Share your schedule with someone you trust when traveling to a shoot.
• Do not share home addresses or sensitive personal data unless necessary for the project.

• Keep project payments on Featrrr when the relationship started here.
• Be wary of requests to wire money, buy gift cards, or pay outside the platform.
• Do not share passwords, verification codes, or full payment card details in chat.

Messaging unlocks after proposal acceptance or qualifying marketplace interactions. Do not send non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal media. You can block and report users who violate our Community Guidelines.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. To report harassment, fraud, underage users, or other platform violations, email safety@featrrr.com with relevant usernames, proposal IDs, and screenshots where available.
